If there is an error in pricing, SR.com reserves the right to cancel customer/user’s orders and correct price. Customer/user may refuse or reject any change in price increase and cancel the revised order.

SR.com’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between user and SR.com and supersedes all prior agreements between user and SR.com.

Confidential information is any user-provided information which is not publicly known. Confidential information does not include information that is already publicly available or becomes publicly available by no effort of SR.com. Additionally, user account information may be shared in order to fulfill and facilitate user’s services and experience at SR.com, with vendors, suppliers, fulfillment companies and the like.
Payment for Services/Education:
A valid credit card will be required in order to make online orders for services and/or educational material, when required. The cost, payment terms, any additional fees or charges, and recurring charges, if any, will be disclosed upon user making any order and agreed to by user prior to SR.com’s authorization to charge user’s credit card. Payment by other methods may be made available upon request. When applicable, taxes and other surcharges, will be disclosed and charged to user.
Prices for products and/or services are subject to change from time to time. Promotions and discounts may be offered from time to time. SR.com is not obligated to provide discounts to users outside of stated timeframes or expiration dates of said promotions.
Right to Cancel:
All customers have the right to cancel their order according to the payment terms disclosed to user and agreed to by user on the order webpage. Cancellation and refunds are made and processed according to the payment terms disclosed at time of purchase. Likewise, should SR.com determine any user is fraudulently using SR.com or its content, it may cancel user’s account at any time without notice to user.

Governing Laws:
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the USA. Any contract for purchase of goods from SR.com and disputes or any claims arising out of the purchase or use of same will be governed by the laws of the USA.
Limitation of Liability: SR.com is not liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use of the visitors or users. Under no circumstances shall SR.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages that result from any contractual relationship between user and SR.com and/or its staff.
